Vama Couture

Shipping Within the United States

Complimentary shipping is available for Vama Couture orders shipped within the United States.

Ready-to-ship pieces are generally dispatched within 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

Made-to-order pieces typically require approximately 2–10 weeks before they are ready to ship. Timelines may vary depending on design complexity, customization, embroidery, and craftsmanship requirements.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared with you.

International Shipping

Vama Couture orders are available for international shipping. Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and selected courier service.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in Vama Designs’ shipping fees.

Designer Collections

This section applies to products from designer labels available on Vama Designs, including Abhinav Mishra, Seema Gujral, Kalighata, and other featured designers.

Shipping Timeline

Designer pieces are typically made to order and require an estimated 6–10 weeks for delivery, depending on the designer, style, and customization requirements.

Shipping Details

Shipping charges and methods may vary by designer and destination. Unless otherwise specified at checkout, domestic shipping within the United States is charged at a flat rate of $25.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched.

Local Pickup

Select designer orders may be eligible for complimentary in-store pickup at our Fremont, California showroom.

If available, you may choose the pickup option at checkout. Our team will notify you once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the showroom.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping for eligible designer collections.

Shipping rates and delivery timelines vary based on destination, designer, and courier service. Our team may contact you after order placement if additional details are required.

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Vama Designs ships via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other trusted courier partners.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared when available.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately and before dispatch. We will do our best to accommodate changes. Once shipped, address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in Vama Designs’ shipping charges.
