Return/Exchange Policy


If there are any concerns with your order please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation. We currently do no offer refunds but we will gladly exchange or offer store credit if the timing of the concern is within a 24 hour period. Please contact if you have any concerns and we will get back to you in a timely manner regarding the situation. 


Conditions for Returns/Exchange

In a situation where an exchange or return is valid, you may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt, items that do not follow these guidelines will be rejected. The item must be in the original packaging with the original tags still on. If the product qualifies for an exchange or return it must be shipped back within a 24 hour time-frame of receiving the product. We will not accept any returns or exchange shipped after 24 hours. 

Items must be unused, unworn, in the original packaging, with the original tags and security tags attached. We reserve the right to reject any items which do not follow these guidelines. All shipping costs are non-refundable, and the $30 restocking fee will be deducted from your return. We are not liable for any damages caused to the product during transit.

Once the alterations are done, it is a final sale. No return no exchange
