If there are any concerns with your order please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order for an exchange or within 24 hours of placing your order for cancellation. We currently do no offer refunds but we will gladly exchange or offer store credit if the timing of the concern is within a 24 hour period. Conditions for Returns/Exchange
In a situation where an exchange or return is valid, you may return any item that is unused, in new condition, or any item that was damaged upon receipt, items that do not follow these guidelines will be rejected. The item must be in the original packaging with the original tags still on. If the product qualifies for an exchange or return it must be shipped back within a 24 hour time-frame of receiving the product. We will not accept any returns or exchange shipped after 24 hours.
Return/Exchange Shipping Cost
The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return/exchange.
