Shipping policy
- Shipping details are provided soon after your order is placed. For urgent shipping needs, please contact us at vaij@vamadesigns.com before placing the order to ensure we can accommodate shipping within your timeframe.
- Shipments within the US are complimentary, International shipments, however will be charged according to the destination.
- The customer is responsible for payment of all duties or taxes imposed by the destination country for delivery.
- All ready-to-ship items will be sent out in 2-4 business days. All made-to-order pieces will ship out in 2-10 weeks.
- Our Shipping carriers are USPS, UPS and FedEx. To request a change in shipping address before your order ships, please contact us promptly. We'll make every effort to accommodate your request. Once your order is in transit, we cannot redirect it. In such cases, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for any special delivery instructions.
- If you face any questions or problems during check out, please email vaij@vamadesigns.com or call on +1 650-241-8560 and we will do our best to resolve the issue. We will make reimbursements for returns without undue delay, and not later than: (i) 30 days after the day we received back from you any goods supplied; or We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
-For orders from the Seema Gujral Collection at Vama Designs, we offer both local pickup and shipping options to suit your convenience. If you're located nearby, you can opt for free in-store pickup at our Fremont, California showroom. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
-For customers within the United States, we offer flat-rate shipping at $25. Orders are typically delivered within 4 to 8 business weeks, depending on the specific style and customization requirements. All domestic shipments are handled through trusted courier services, and tracking details will be provided once your package is dispatched.
-We also ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders will vary based on your location and selected courier service. Once your order is placed, we will connect with you to confirm the best shipping method and share tracking information when available. Please note that customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.
