Ready to Ship Pieces

Shipping details are provided soon after your order is placed. For urgent shipping needs, please contact us at vaij@vamadesigns.com before placing the order to ensure we can accommodate shipping within your timeframe.

We will provide you with package tracking information, but will not be responsible for lost, damaged, unclaimed or undeliverable packages.

We are not responsible for any import-duty/taxes/customs charges that you may incur.

Shipping Costs

A flat rate of $15 for US orders under $1000.

Free Shipping

For orders over $1000 USD, we ship for free all US as well as international orders.

Shipping Time:

Once we receive the order, we can ship between 24 to 48 hours. 

Alteration available for an extra cost of $20.  please contact us. 

Seema Gujral Pieces

For orders from the Seema Gujral Collection at Vama Designs, we offer both local pickup and shipping options to suit your convenience. If you're located nearby, you can opt for free in-store pickup at our Fremont, California showroom. Simply select the pickup option at checkout, and we'll notify you as soon as your order is ready.

For customers within the United States, we offer flat-rate shipping at $50. Orders are typically delivered within 6 to 12 business weeks, depending on the specific style and customization requirements. All domestic shipments are handled through trusted courier services, and tracking details will be provided once your package is dispatched.

We also ship internationally. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for international orders will vary based on your location and selected courier service. Once your order is placed, we will connect with you to confirm the best shipping method and share tracking information when available. Please note that customs duties and import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the recipient.

All Joules by Radhika products at Vama Designs are shipped directly to your doorstep with care.

U.S. Shipping: Flat rate of $50 on all orders.

Delivery Timeline: Estimated between 6 to 12 business weeks, depending on availability and customization.

International Shipping: Available at additional cost. Charges and timelines vary by destination, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Please note that Joules by Radhika products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Delivery times may vary due to courier or customs delays.
